 Betty bop, is an American cartoon, published for the first time on August 8, 1926 in Talkartoon series, produced by Max Fleischer, in the actulidad betty and has 85 years entertaining and part of the social collective.

The success of this cartoon was due to sensuality and sexuality that characterized this character, giving it a worldwide hit that has lasted to this day.

Why I like this character?

Very easy to answer, is a woman (cartoon) that despite the time has dared to show no matter who was truly  you will say, naked female icon, showing their intimacy unknown, we must remember that at the time the woman was only seen as an exemplary mother, housewife and wife, forgetting human beings and their needs.
 I really love your show value to the world as it is, regardless of who is a cartoon, as I think and strongly believe there are many women around the world that is identified or reflected in this ancient character.

A model in the flesh of this trend mostly referred to as PIN-UP, is Marilyn Monroe, a woman who characterized and expanded this style, produced entirely by this wonderful cartoon.
