Bellydance

I love dancing in general, today I will write about bellydance.
Bellydance is a dance that combines traditional elements with other Middle East North Africa. Movements of belly dancing are very sensual, personal and different depending on several factors. The first depends on the music and rhythm. Also depending on the area is danced differently. It is danced the same in Egypt than in Morocco. In addition, each dancer ends up having his own style, his own technique and his own movements, as this dance is very personal.
Bellydance has been traditionally folk, improvised by a single dancer, but now can see several shows with choreography and dancers. It is characterized by smooth, fluid movements, dissociating and coordinating both the individual body parts. The focus is mainly on the hip and abdomen, alternating fast and slow movements and emphasis on abdominal muscles, with chest and shoulder movements as well as twisting arms. All movements of this dance are related to nature, for example, the soles of the feet are well supported on the ground, symbolizing the earth, or where the dancer extends their arms symbolizes the birds.
The benefits of belly dance are both physical and mental. Dancing is a good cardiovascular exercise, helps improve both flexibility and strength. It mainly focuses on the muscles of the torso and legs. Belly dance is suitable for all ages and for people of any constitution, being a dancer who controls the level of physical demand. It is beneficial for the mind, as it promotes self-esteem, improves the comfort level of those who enjoy practicing it regularly.
